The food was great, so was the service. The grilled fish was a stand out, very buttery and delectable. A storm rolled through while having dinner and the wait staff helped us move twice to escape the rain. While it was a little expensive, it's on par with the other restaurants on the strip.

Great food and service. Location is right on the waterside by the moored up yachts. Steak was perfectly cooked and tasty. Seafood pasta sauce was homemade and nicely rustic. Waiter was friendly and got everything right. Highly recommended

If you're visiting the island of Mljet, dining at Konoba Barba Ive in Pomena is a must. This charming family-run tavern offers an authentic Dalmatian experience with fresh seafood, friendly service, and a beautiful seaside setting. The highlight of the menu was definitely octopus under the bell whose taste delighted us!
